Contest rules
Those selected from the random drawing will be awarded tickets to the Indianapolis Colts vs. Jacksonville Jaguars game on Nov. 13, 2011, at the Lucas Oil Stadium in downtown Indianapolis, Indiana. Kick-off is slated for 1 p.m. EST. Each winner is responsible for his/her transportation to and from the game.

The drawing will include all Vectren Energy Delivery residential customers who are active in the eBill program as of October 31, 2011. There is no need to e-mail or call Vectren to confirm your entry.
