Apply for Project TEEM, Vectren’s FREE home weatherization program for qualifying Vectren Ohio customers, and receive up to $5,000 in energy upgrades to your home – all at no cost to you. The program is limited to the first 500 customers who meet income guidelines (below). ELIGIBILITY Project TEEM participants must meet annual income (before taxes) requirements, which vary by the number of people living in the household. PROGRAM DETAILS Those who qualify for Project TEEM will receive a free, on-site home energy audit to determine areas in need of energy-efficiency upgrades.
